Dear Folks,

After the bulletin for the week went out, a request for help came in.

Perhaps you can help, and help is needed right quick, so let me know if you have any ideas.

A member of our group wrote

"As you may know I am going through Chemo and Radation therapy 5 x a week. I am having great difficulty getting a taxi for my appts. not sure if it's because I live in the less busy area of Malvin...but it's becoming a problem for me. I am wanting to get this over with ASAP...and have had to miss appts.

Do you or any of the expats have a taxi driver that they can call personally and schedule ahead for pick up? I had one guy but now he is sick and has to quit work.

I just can't take the buses these days as I am sure you can imagine. Any help, suggestions would be appreciated."

Do you have any suggestions?

And, since this is going out, and since the ballet gala is coming up on Friday, May 25th, if you want to have us get tickets for you, please respond by Monday at 20:00 (8 pm), so they can be purchased.
