Albondigas de carne

Meatballs Uruguay style!
Ingredients for 4:
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 400 ccs of water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 ramitass saffron
- 500 grams of minced meat
- 20 grams of onion
- 80 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1 pinch salt
- 120 ccs of white wine
Place in a bowl minced garlic, parsley, beaten egg, breadcrumbs and salt and knead.
Roll the meatballs with your hands and then coat it with the flour and put in a pan with hot oil.
Reserved when fried.
In another pan, put oil and fry the onion until golden, add a tablespoon of flour and fry until lightly browned, gets the glass of wine, saffron, salt, parsley, and if necessary some water, simmer over low heat a few minutes and incorporates the meatballs and let cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Sometimes served with white rice
