Salsa Blanca

RECETA salsa blanca
Manteca: 50 gr
Harina o fécula: 2 cucharadas
Leche: 1/4 litro
Sal
Pimienta
Nuez moscada: 1/4 cucharadita


Poner a derretir la manteca con la sal en una ollita chiquita, cuando se haya disuelto la manteca completamente agregar(fuera del fuego) la harina o fécula de maíz y la leche, revolver bien y colocar nuevamente sobre el fuego. Cocinar 3 o 4 minutos hasta que espese, agregarle la pimienta y la nuez moscada. Servir caliente

RECIPE white sauce
Butter: 50 grams
Flour or starch 2 tablespoons
Milk: 1 / 4 liter
salt
pepper
Nutmeg: 1 / 4 teaspoon


Melt butter and salt in a saucepan little, when the butter has dissolved completely add (off the heat) flour or cornstarch and milk, stir well and place back on the fire. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until thickened, add pepper and nutmeg. Serve hot
