INGREDIENTS:
3 / 4 pounds of mixed vegetables: carrots, leeks, cabbage, squash, cauliflower ...
1 liter of vegetable stock packaging
1 can of peas
2 tablespoons olive oil
PREPARATION:
1. Heat vegetable broth in a pot. Meanwhile, wash the vegetables and cut into short strips.
2. When the broth is boiling, add all the vegetables (except peas) and olive oil and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the drained peas and some water if it is thick, and stand for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
Add soup noodles such as "angel hair" or "letters"
