A delicious Ice Cream Cake
This Uruguay Recipe is so delicious, you won't want to share it.
Preparation time: A complete cake takes about 2 hours to complete.
Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream: 1 packet or enveloped of real ice cream or in powder. If it is in powder, prepare the ice cream powder as indicated by the container .
- Chocolate Ice Cream: 1 packet or enveloped
- Strawberry Ice Cream: 1 packet or enveloped
- *Pionono: 1
- Cream: 1 jar of 200 grams
- **Icing sugar: C / N
- Vanilla essence: C / N
*piononos are prepared using a dough made of flour, eggs, and sugar, which is baked in a thin sheet, Pionono are commonly purchased in bakeries in Uruguay
**c/n = to your personal taste
Preparation:Prepare the ice cream powder as indicated by the container one at a time.
In a removable 26cm pan place a layer of pionono and then pour the first flavour of ice cream over the pionono.
Place in the frezer until it begins to solidify.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining two flavors interspersed with 1 layer of pionono.
Unmold, prepare whipped cream and cover the entire cake place back in the freezer for on half hour and then serve!
