Uruguay Cream Sauce Recipe

Here is a Uruguay Cream Sauce Recipe that my Uruguayan friend gave me when we were on Vacation.

This simple Cream sauce Recipe or "Salsa a la crema" Is simple and so delicious I thought I would share it.


Ingredients;

Butter - 85 grams
Heavy Cream - Approximately 3 ounces.
I like a little less usually 80 - 85 ml
Syrup - 2 Tbsp
Brown sugar 175 grams

Instructions;

Gently melt and mix the butter with the brown sugar and syrup.

Then all you do is slowly add the heavy cream. Bringing it to a boil. And that's it. Simple quick and very delicious! I hope you enjoy it.
